Besar Gazidede
BESAR GAZIDEDE graduated in Economics (2006-2010) from University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, and has developed a career in the fields of customs & excise, in which he is deeply specialized.
He is Founder and Consultant at Gazidede Customs & Excise Consulting, where he provides expertise, advice and assistance for companies involved in the international trade of goods and producers of products subject to excise duty.
Besar advises and assists well known international and local companies operating in different sectors such as energy (hydrocarbons), food and beverages, manufacture and production, importers-exporters, business associations, chambers of commerce etc.
His work experiences in private and in public sector include:

Achievements
GAZIDEDE CUSTOMS & EXCISE CONSULTING during 2019 has marked several important achievements:
● The Law on National Taxes was amended in July 2019 in accordance with our recommendations, in structure, formulation and taxation level for plastic materials in primary forms.
● For the account of the Client, through a 9-month administrative appeal process against the post clearance control of customs authorities, we succeeded in overturning the proposed customs duties and sanctions of approximately EUR 250,000 as unfounded.
● We have been engaged in projects to implement facilities and procedures provided by customs and excise legislation, which result in saving time, reducing costs and elimination of unnecessary procedures.
