The Law on National Taxes was amended in July 2019 in line with our recommendations, in structure, in formulation, and in taxation level for plastic materials in primary forms from 25 ALL/kg to 10 ALL/kg, which translated into monetary value for annual imports is about 3.9 million Euros less paid by importers of plastic materials in primary forms, manufacturers and exporters.

For the account of the Client, through a 9-month administrative appeal process against the post clearance control of customs authorities, we succeeded in overturning the proposed customs duties and sanctions of approximately EUR 250,000 as unfounded.
EUR 120,000
As a result of the implementation of facilities provided by customs and excise legislation, the amount of duties and taxes suspended by our Clients were approximately EUR 120,000.
EUR 10,000
As a result of the implementation of facilities provided by customs and excise legislation, the amount of annual operational costs that have been eliminated by our Clients were approximately EUR 10,000.
