For the account of the Client facing an arbitrary customs re-valuation procedure, through administrative appeal against the “Customs re-valuation form” of Post-clearance Operative Control Unit (POCU) we succeeded in overturning the procedure initiated for the application of reference prices as unfounded.
Following the appeal, customs value was determined on the basis of Method 1 and the transaction was successfully accepted!
